An Evening with Burgundy Whites and New World Pinot Noir

Dear Members,

It’s been a busy summer as usual with many well-received Society events comprising A Night Out with Pahlmeyer at Bacchanalia, the Dom Perignon dinner at JAAN and our National Day Dinner and Auction. Given the formal attire of our National Day Dinner, the Committee thought it was time for a more casual event. I am pleased to present our next event, An Evening with Burgundy Whites and New World Pinot Noir, comprising wines wholly from the Society’s extensive cellar. For this event, we will be dining at the lovely restaurant Ba Xian. Located in the Tower Club, Ba Xian offers expertly-crafted, delicate yet sumptuous Cantonese-style cuisine. Special thanks to our member CHEW Kia Seng for helping us secure a fantastic menu. Members will have priority over guests during the first 48 hours after the sending out of this bulletin. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
