For our first event in the month of November, we are proud to host Mr Olivier Humbrecht MW of Domaine Zind-Humbrecht. Widely acknowledged as one of the elite producers from Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht has a strong following among connoisseurs. Helmed by France's first Master of Wine - Olivier Humbrecht, the domaine is a champion in biodynamic viticulture. Olivier is also the President of Biodyvin, France's exclusive biodynamic association. Since taking over from his father, Olivier has certainly brought this estate to greater heights. 40 hectares, 4 Grand Crus including the Rangen Clos St. Urbain, a monopole. You can expect highly individual wines, superb intensity and complex wines from the domaine.

Dense vineyard plantings, probably the lowest yields (by a long measure) in Alsace, and natural wine-making result in wines that are not only extraordinarily full flavoured but also age very impressively. Paired with the outstanding wines of Zind-Humbrecht are the creations of award-winning chef, Abhijit Saha. An expert in classical and modern European cuisine as well as regional Indian cuisine, Chef Saha is rated amongst the top chefs in India. At Saha, Chef Saha expresses his creativity and prodigious talent to bring together a delicious blend of the traditional and the modern.
