We are delighted to have Mr Vincent Chaperon, winemaker for Dom Perignon host a dinner for the society featuring four vintages of Dom Perignon.

In an event specially designed to feature only the best, these wines are paired with a 5 course dinner featuring the acclaimed creative cuisine of Chef Julien Royer of Jaan. In addition, each diner will receive a bottle of Dom Perignon 2004 as a door gift.

For the first time, there will be two payment options, either by purchase of bottles of Dom Perignon, resulting in a free seat to the dinner or by the usual practice of payment for the seat directly. Please indicate in your return email which option you will be selecting. If you do not state which option, then the presumption will be that it will be by the usual method of direct payment for seat.

during the first 48 hours after the sending out of this bulletin. Please book via email early and pay on time to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations WILL NOT be considered confirmed unless you first book via email and then follow up by sending the attached Booking Form together with full payment by 13 July 2014. Please also note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after 13 July 2014.
