In essence, the IWFS exists to increase the knowledge and appreciation of the art of the table.

All our activities are designed to raise the standards of selection, preparation and the service of good wine and good food. It provides opportunities for men and women who have a common interest to meet, to share and to discuss these civilized pleasures.
