The Pierre Peters Champagne Dinner at the White Rabbit

Dear Members,

For the month of June, I am pleased to introduce the pure and intense champagnes of Pierre Peters, to be presented by winemaker Rodolphe Peters in his first ever visit to Singapore.
Pierre Péters is a family-run estate located in heart of the Cote de Blancs region, producing Grand cru blanc de blanc champagnes since 1919. They are found mainly in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil sur Oger where the best chardonnay in Champagne is grown . A small grower- producer champagne house, it produces only about 150,000 bottles per year. Les Chetillions , their highly sought after prestige cuvee is made from their single vineyard lieu- dit in Mesnil, which also supplies grapes for the Salon champagne. Grapes made from this vineyard are extremely elegant yet with good concentration, power and complexity. We are privileged to feature 2 mature vintages of the Les Chetillons, from vintages 2000 and 2002 at our dinner .

Champagne Pierre Peters is served at many top restaurants in Singapore as well as Michelin star restaurants worldwide including the 3-stars Boyer in Reims and the French Laundry in California.

The elegant wines of Pierre Peters will be showcased at the romantic White Rabbit restaurant, located in a beautiful restored chapel in the Dempsey area. Talented Head Chef Benjamin Tan has specially crafted a menu to showcase the best of these superb champagnes.
Members will have priority over guests during the first forty eight (48) hours after the sending out of this bulletin. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
