 The IWFS tour to Tuscany in May was a resounding success. 
                          Twenty intrepid travelers spent nine days in Italy, 
                          experiencing the best Tuscany had to offer in terms 
                          of wine, food and culture. The 'Under the Tuscan Sun' 
                          dinner is a retrospective of some of the wfineries visited 
                          on the tour and the highlights of the hearty cuisine 
                          that Tuscany has to offer. Our special thanks go to 
                          our guest of honour and member, Barbara Jean Eu who 
                          laboriously and lovingly organized this tour.
 
 The dinner will be held at the newly opened O'Chre Ristorante 
                          at Orchard Central, with its magnificent view of the 
                          Orchard road skyline. Helmed by executive chef Kentaro 
                          Torii, who has trained in both Lombardy in the Orth 
                          and Sardenia in the South, this ristorante elegantly 
                          dishes up a slice of la dolce vita. During the dinner, 
                          wines from MOntepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and 
                          the super Tuscans, Ornellaia and Sassicaia from our 
                          cellars will be featured. The society thus proudly presents 
                          this dinner with the following attached Menu and Wines
