Second Growths @ L'Olivier
L'Olivier Bistro
For the coming month of June, our Society continues with the series of good value and interesting events for which we are going to charge a minimum premium for members to introduce guests to the Society, with a view of exposing them to our activities and hospitality.

A very special thanks to our new Committee member, Mr. Victor Mills together with our very own Cellarmaster, Joyce Chang, they have come up with this exquisite menu and wine pairing that is sure to titillate each and every of your senses. For this dinner, we will be having all of the Second Growths of the well known wines like the Ch. Palmer, Ch. Angelus, Ch. Cheval Blanc, Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou … just to name a few.

And the executive chef of the bistro at L'Olivier has specially prepared a menu just for these exquisite wines that will be presented to our members, for an evening that is sure to please.

AND MORE … the Society will be conducting an auction of the wines that we will be drinking for the night to the participants of the event …
