For our first dinner in March, we are pleased to welcome Carlos Moro, a key figure in the Spanish wine industry and winemaking scene over the last 25 years. Mr. Moro is responsible for large oenological gems such as Bodega Matarromera and Bodega Emina in Ribera del Duero, Bodega Cyan in the DO Toro, Bodega Valdelosfrailes in DO Cigales and Bodega Emina in DO Rueda. For this dinner, we are fortunate to be on the release tour for the first ever launch of the Carlos Moro (CM) signature wines in Asia. Mr. Moro will be featuring impressive wines from his CM signature label including two wines sourced from pre-phylloxera vineyards over 100 years old. In addition to featuring Carlos Moro (CM) signature wines, Mr. Moro will also be featuring wines from Bodegas Matarromera including a limited production, barrel-fermented verdejo and also the highly acclaimed 2001 vintage of ‘Pagos De Las Solanas, an iconic wine made only during the best years of harvest.

We will be holding this event at Artemis Grill, a stylish restaurant showcasing the Mediterranean’s rich culinary heritage with the freshest organic produce. Artemis Grill is elevated above the hustle and bustle of the city on the rooftop of CapitaGreen and offers spectacular views of the urban skyline to the sea beyond. Artemis Grill has crafted a bespoke menu to pair with the Carlos Moro signature wines and the wines from Bodega Matarromera.

We are thankful to Wine Source for bringing this event to the society and to Carlos Moro for giving us the opportunity to be one of the first ones in Asia to taste his Carlos Moro signature wines.

Members will have priority over guests during the forty-eight (48) hours after the sending out of the email bulletin. Please book early to avoid disappointment as seats are limited to 40 pax.
